For Father's Day this year, we went to church with our dad for "Donuts with Daddy." In the afternoon, my dad and some of my other siblings went straight to my grandparents' house for lunch, while I stayed home watching Annemarie. Saturday, I got to spend the day with my daddy; it was a father/daughter date! We went to Dallas and Garland, and we even got to go to a roller rink.
The reason Father's Day is so important to me is because my dad is the one who provides food and a beautiful home, and he nurtures me when I have a scary dream. When I'm sick, he and my mom care for me. My daddy is very special to me and I could never think of anyone better to be my dad!!!
